This Google Earth based map has multiple layers listed on the panel on the left. Layers are organized by folder. Layers include:
- Counties boundaries in black
- Congressional Districts (post Prop. 50) boundaries in blue, with icons color coded for dominate political party registration - light blue for Democrat, red for Republican, and orange for battleground districts in the 2026 midterm elections. Descriptions list current incumbents and challengers, and their party, or candidates if an open district.
- State Senate District boundaries in purple
- State Assembly Districts boundaries in greeb
- Local Indivisible groups in California that have opted into the State Network are listed by county shown with blue icons. Groups shown with yellow icons have yet to opt into the State Network were identified as shown on Indivisible.org's, Find a Group map. No non-public information is included in the group descriptions.
Toggle the visibility of layer folders on the panel on the left side of the screen. All layers can be toggled on or off by clicking on the "eye" icon on the right of the name of the folder.

When you open the link you may see the globe centered on the south Atlantic ocean between Africa and South America. No worries! To get to California, look at the panel on the left and click on one of the layers to rotate the globe to California. Have fun exploring the state with the layers. Zoom in or out to view details and toggle layers to see relationships. Enjoy!
