One of the primary missions of the Indivisible California State Network is to support Working Groups that have formed around particular needs or issues that are best served by collaboration between multiple California local Indivisible groups. Working Groups may be short-term for a limited time or circumstance or long-term and ongoing. The State Network will provide resources for statewide information, communication, and collaboration as requested by Working Group leaders. Working Groups are governed and led by their members. Most now function independently using varied communication tools such as Signal, Slack, or Zoom, or other online meeting applications.

- Detention Centers
- Election Preparedness
- Flock
- GOTV
- Housing
- Prop 4
- Youth
