# Indivisible California StateStrong (CASS) state proposition recommended positions

November 2026 ballot

Fourteen statewide measures are on the ballot. Each of the Indivisible California StateStrong five workgroups reviewed the measures in its area, and the organizing team made the final calls. Here is how CASS recommends you vote.

### Affordable Housing Bond

Creates an $11.25 billion bond for multi-family housing, CalVet home loans and youth housing.

### Larger Rainy Day Fund

Changes the rules for the state's Rainy Day Fund so California can build a bigger reserve and protect core services in a downturn.

### Bond for Homebuyers
